• Where We Ship: We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, fulfilled from our facilities in locations like Charlotte, NC, and Los Angeles, CA.

• Processing Time: Orders are crafted with care and processed within 2–5 business days (up to 7 days for custom or embroidered items). Processing begins after order confirmation and excludes weekends and holidays.

• Shipping Time & Costs:

  • Standard: 3–4 business days after processing. Costs start at $3.99 for apparel (e.g., t-shirts) and vary by product type (calculated at checkout).

  • Express: 1–3 business days after processing. Costs start at $7.99 for apparel and vary by product type (calculated at checkout).

  • Example Costs by Product:

    • T-Shirts/Tanks: $3.99 (first item), $2.00 (additional item); Express: $7.99/$2.00.

    • Hoodies/Sweatshirts: $4.99 (first item), $2.50 (additional item); Express: $8.99/$2.50.

    • Jackets: $6.50 (first item), $2.00 (additional item); Express: $10.50/$2.00.

    • Hats/Accessories: $3.99 (first item); separate shipments add $3.99 (standard) or $7.99 (express).

• Tracking: A tracking number is emailed once your order ships.

• Lost or Damaged Orders: If your order arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@beachbetties.com. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund through our fulfillment partner.

• Undeliverable Packages: Packages returned due to incorrect addresses or unclaimed shipments are sent to our fulfillment center (e.g., 8700 Robert Fulton Dr, Suite 100, Charlotte, NC 28273). They’re held for 30 days, and reshipping fees apply. Contact us to update details.

• Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is added at checkout based on your shipping address.
